My wife and I have worked with Judy and David NuHavun on several occasions (from 2011 to 2020) which turned out to be beneficial for us. They assisted us on the purchase and sale of our first lake house, sale of our primary residence, and purchase of our current primary residence/lake house. In all instances, they were available when we needed their services. They cared about our houses so much that David even took care of a roof problem while I was away for work. They made it easy for us to complete the home buying and selling process by referring us to real estate attorneys, home inspectors, home appraisers, handyman, and loan officers. Relocating is a very taxing process; and is often far from straightforward. For your reference, I am a physician who is relocating from New York City with my wife and two dogs.

During my search for that perfect job opportunity, I have traveled to a total of five different locations, and I had pending four more interviews when I decided that Syracuse in Central New York would be an ideal place to call home.

Every Hospital I visited was an excellent professional opportunity, and they offered me permanent positions. However, that was 50% of the decision, and many questions arose as I googled around the community.

Where could my wife go when I was at work? How much I could realistically afford if I relocated? What options for financing tn ere available in the area? Where can I get my grocery shopping done, get a nice dinner or watch a movie?

Those factors were overlooked by realtors in my previous site visits, even though this was not my first site visit in the Syracuse area. The defining factor for my decision making was the attention to detail and care that was provided by Judy and David NuHavun from Central NY Real Estate Group.

They reached out to us two weeks in advance and inquired about our interests and goals. They toured us through the different neighborhoods for over an hour and made appointments for us to see houses that fit our proposed budget.

They made me and my wife feel like Rock stars, and lt did not take long for us to realize that they are proud of their trade and of the city they live in.
